Rebecca doing well - sleeps through the night, starting some basic solids.  Super happy baby (and heavy)

We all went to the Trentham Park fireworks last night (with Kieran and Kristina).   Cold but great time.

Trying to lose weight for a competition at work.  Doing well - just finished another 30Km bike ride.  …Now where’s the chocolate?

Very busy at work - doing lots of OT but taking some time out in lieu during the week (so I get to see a bit of my family)
